Ingredients
- Ladies finger (okra)200 g · 1 cup
- Groundnut oil5 g · 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds (rai)2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Red chillies2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a pan.
- 2Add mustard seeds (rai) and jeera. When it splutters, add chilli powder, haldi and immediately add bhindi.
- 3Add salt as suggested.
- 4Saute on low flame till soft.
- 5Serve hot with phulkas.
