Ingredients

  • Ladies finger (okra)200 g · 1 cup
  • Groundnut oil5 g · 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds (rai)2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Red chillies2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan.
  2. 2Add mustard seeds (rai) and jeera. When it splutters, add chilli powder, haldi and immediately add bhindi.
  3. 3Add salt as suggested.
  4. 4Saute on low flame till soft.
  5. 5Serve hot with phulkas.
