Ingredients

  • Carrot (peeled and diced)100 g · 1/2 cup
  • Apple (peeled and diced)300 g · 1 1/2 cup
  • Water150 g · 3/4 cup
  • Ice cubes100 g · 1/2 cup

Method

  1. 1In a blender add carrots, apple and water. Grind them to a smooth thick juice.
  2. 2Add water and repeat the process so that it all big pieces get ground properly.
  3. 3Crush ice cubes and add it to the blender. Blend it once.
  4. 4Serve before the sludge melts completely.
