Ingredients
- Carrot (peeled and diced)100 g · 1/2 cup
- Apple (peeled and diced)300 g · 1 1/2 cup
- Water150 g · 3/4 cup
- Ice cubes100 g · 1/2 cup
Method
- 1In a blender add carrots, apple and water. Grind them to a smooth thick juice.
- 2Add water and repeat the process so that it all big pieces get ground properly.
- 3Crush ice cubes and add it to the blender. Blend it once.
- 4Serve before the sludge melts completely.
