Ingredients

  • Cauliflower100 g · 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies5 g · 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Groundnut oil2.5 g · 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and allow to splutter.
  2. 2Add asafoetida, turmeric, green chilli.
  3. 3Add cauliflower and salt. Cover with lid and cook till cauliflower is tender.
  4. 4Serve hot with chapati.
