Ingredients
- Cauliflower100 g · 1/2 cup
- Green chillies5 g · 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Groundnut oil2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and allow to splutter.
- 2Add asafoetida, turmeric, green chilli.
- 3Add cauliflower and salt. Cover with lid and cook till cauliflower is tender.
- 4Serve hot with chapati.
