Ingredients
- Cauliflower50 g · 1/4 cup
- Peas fresh30 g · 2 tbsp
- Onion big20 g · 1/4 onion
- Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies5 g · 1/2 tsp
- Groundnut oil2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a pan.
- 2Saute onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Add turmeric and cook until onions turn soft.
- 3Add green peas, cauliflower and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- 4Reduce flame, cover with a lid and cook till soft.
- 5Serve hot with phulkas.
