Ingredients

  • Cauliflower50 g · 1/4 cup
  • Peas fresh30 g · 2 tbsp
  • Onion big20 g · 1/4 onion
  • Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves2 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies5 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Groundnut oil2.5 g · 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan.
  2. 2Saute onion, curry leaves and green chillies. Add turmeric and cook until onions turn soft.
  3. 3Add green peas, cauliflower and fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  4. 4Reduce flame, cover with a lid and cook till soft.
  5. 5Serve hot with phulkas.
