Ingredients
- Snake gourd (finely chopped)200 g · 1 1/2 medium cup
- Onion (sliced)100 g · 2 small
- Oil20 g · 4 tsp
- Nigella seeds (kalonji)2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil and temper with nigella seeds.
- 2Add sliced onion and fry till golden brown.
- 3Add the finely chopped snake gourd, turmeric powder and salt. Mix and fry on low flame till cooked and dry.
- 4Serve hot with rice or chapati.
