Chicken Flower Dumpling

Ingredients
- Basmati Rice150 g · 3/4 cup
- Chicken Mince300 g
- Green Chilies10 g · 2-3 nos
- Ginger5 g · 1 inch piece
- Salt · to taste
- Peppercorns (crushed)5 g · 1 tsp (5 gms)
Method
- 1Pick wash and soak rice in water for twenty minutes. Drain and keep aside.
- 2Remove stems wash green chilies and chop them fine
- 3Peel and wash ginger. Grind ginger into a fine paste.
- 4Mix chicken mince with chopped green chilies ginger paste salt and crushed peppercorns. Divide this mixture into six equal portions.
- 5Form round balls from each portion of chicken and then roll them in presoaked rice.
- 6Place rice rolled chicken balls on a perforated rack, which can be fitted into a steamer pot.
- 7Boil water in the steamer pot and place the perforated rack in it. Cover the pot.
- 8Steam for about fifteen to twenty minutes or until cooked.
- 9Remove gently and serve hot with a dip of your choice.
