Ingredients
- Wheat bread80 g · 4 slices
- Paneer100 g · Size of 1/2 a deck of cards
- Oil5 g · 1 tsp
- Onion50 g · 1/2 big onion
- Green Capsicum30 g · 1/4 cup
- Green Chillies5 g · 1
- Ginger paste5 g · 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste3 g · 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice5 g · 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped)5 g · 2 tsp
- Mint leaves (chopped)5 g · 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan.
- 2Add the onions, ginger and garlic and saute till the onions turn translucent.
- 3Add the capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
- 4Add the paneer and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 5Add the coriander, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- 6Divide the topping into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
- 7Toast the bread slices and keep aside.
- 8Spread the paneer mixture on each slice, cut the bread diagonally and serve.
