Ingredients

  • Cucumber – long green50 g · 1/4 of a Big Cucumber
  • Capsicum - green15 g · 2 TBSP
  • Apple100 g · 1/2 Medium Sized Apple
  • Pear100 g · 1/2 Medium Sized Pear
  • Plum50 g · 1 Small Plum
  • Pomegranate maroon seeds30 g · 2 TBSP
  • Amchur powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder2 g · 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Chop vegetables, and slice fruits in equal sizes.
  2. 2Arrange them on a plate in interesting ways.
  3. 3Sprinkle the seasonings and serve.
