Egg White Soup

Good for all. CKD and Dialysis to manage portion for fluid control. Good quality protein in eggs makes it good for dialysis patients. Potassium content of raw beans is considered here. The boiling process will further reduce the potassium content of beans.

Ingredients

  • Egg Whites · 2
  • Beans, boiled10 g
  • Carrot10 g
  • Knol Khol10 g

Method

  1. 1To 100ml boiling water add beaten egg whites, scramble by fork then add mix boiled vegetables.
  2. 2Then add pinch of salt and pepper. Serve Hot.
