Ingredients
- Eggs200 g · 4
- Onion50 g · 1 small
- Broccoli50 g · 1/2 medium cup small florets
- Milk30 g · 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder (coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
- Oil10 g · 2 tsp
Method
- 1Break the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and pepper powder. Beat well.
- 2Chop the onion finely.
- 3Heat oil in a pan and saute onion till golden brown. Add the chopped broccoli florets and fry till tender.
- 4Lower the flame and add the beaten eggs. Cover and cook in low flame for a few minutes till the egg is done.
- 5Serve with toast, rice or chappati.
