Ingredients

  • Eggs200 g · 4
  • Onion50 g · 1 small
  • Broccoli50 g · 1/2 medium cup small florets
  • Milk30 g · 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder (coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
  • Oil10 g · 2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Break the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and pepper powder. Beat well.
  2. 2Chop the onion finely.
  3. 3Heat oil in a pan and saute onion till golden brown. Add the chopped broccoli florets and fry till tender.
  4. 4Lower the flame and add the beaten eggs. Cover and cook in low flame for a few minutes till the egg is done.
  5. 5Serve with toast, rice or chappati.
