Ingredients
- Cooked rice (raw weight)120 g · 3 medium cups
- Ginger10 g · 2 tsp
- Garlic15 g · 1 tbsp
- Green chilly10 g · 2-3 medium
- Spring onions25 g · 25 gms
- Lime juice5 g · 1 tsp / 5 ml
- Oil15 g · 1 tbsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a pan.
- 2Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and mix well.
- 3Add rice, salt and lemon juice. Toss well.
- 4Add spring onions and mix well.
- 5Serve.
