Ingredients

  • Cooked rice (raw weight)120 g · 3 medium cups
  • Ginger10 g · 2 tsp
  • Garlic15 g · 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly10 g · 2-3 medium
  • Spring onions25 g · 25 gms
  • Lime juice5 g · 1 tsp / 5 ml
  • Oil15 g · 1 tbsp

Method

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan.
  2. 2Add garlic, ginger, green chillies and mix well.
  3. 3Add rice, salt and lemon juice. Toss well.
  4. 4Add spring onions and mix well.
  5. 5Serve.
