Ingredients
- Green gram dal20 g · 4 tsp
- Onion big10 g · 1 tab spoon
- Mustard seeds1 g · 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder1 g · 1/4 tsp
- Rice bran oil5 g · 1 tsp
- Water100 g
Method
- 1In a pressure cooker, cook the dal and onion till well cooked. Mash the cooked items properly.
- 2In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil and mustard seeds to it.
- 3Now, add the dal paste, & water to it. Bring the mixture to boil.
- 4Finally add lime juice, salt, pepper & jeera powder.
- 5Garnish with curry leaves serve hot.

- • A main course dish can be had with chapatti or rice
- • Very high in protein and potassium so beware
