Ingredients
- Moong Sprouts · 1/2 cup
- Onion, finely chopped · 1
- Green chillies · 2
- Small piece Ginger · 1
- Few slices Cucumber chopped
- Red capsicum, chopped · 1/4
- Lime juice · 1 tsp
- Oil · 1 tsp
- Mint leaves · A few
- Coriander leaves · 3 springs
Method
- 1Wash the sprouts and cook in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
- 2Grind 1/2 onion, chillies, ginger, mint and coriander leaves.
- 3Heat 1 tsp olive oil, add the ground paste and fry till it loses rawness.
- 4Then add the cooked sprouts. Mix in chopped cucumber, red capsicum and 1/2 chopped onion. Mix well.
- 5Serve with a dash of lime juice
