Leached Oats Veg Soup

Good for Dialysis, diabetics and for post transplant (without leaching). Oats is high in potassium and phosphorous. Leaching is very important for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Oats (quackers quick oats)20 g · 1/4 cup
  • Carrot red10 g · 1 tb spoon
  • Knol Khol10 g · 1 tb spoon
  • Cabbage green10 g · 1 tb spoon
  • Pepper black1 g · 1/4 tsp
  • Water110 g · 100-120 ml

Method

  1. 1In a pan of boiling water add oats, stir it for a minute. Strain it. Again, take a pan add 100 ml water bring it to a boil. Add the finely chopped vegetables and strained oats and cook it well. Keep a few pieces of vegetable & sand blend the rest in a mixer. (Add more water if needed).
  2. 2Put it back in a pan to heat it. Then add pinch of salt and pepper. Serve it Hot.
