Ingredients
- Chicken breast200 g · 3 pieces
- Ginger paste15 g · 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste5 g · 1 tsp
- Pepper powder (coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
- Lemon juice10 g · 2 tsp
- Lemon rind5 g · 1 tsp
Method
- 1Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 4-5 hrs.
- 2Cover and keep it in the refrigerator.
- 3Transfer the marinated chicken into a cooking pot and cook covered over low flame.
- 4Stir occasionally and sprinkle water if required and till the chicken cooked.
- 5Serve hot with rice or chapati
