Light Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast200 g · 3 pieces
  • Ginger paste15 g · 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste5 g · 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder (coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice10 g · 2 tsp
  • Lemon rind5 g · 1 tsp

Method

  1. 1Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 4-5 hrs.
  2. 2Cover and keep it in the refrigerator.
  3. 3Transfer the marinated chicken into a cooking pot and cook covered over low flame.
  4. 4Stir occasionally and sprinkle water if required and till the chicken cooked.
  5. 5Serve hot with rice or chapati
