Little Millet Lemon Rice

Ingredients
- Samai (little millet)360 g
- Ginger fresh5 g
- Curry leaves2 g
- Black gram dal1.25 g
- Bengal gram dal1.25 g
- Mustard seeds1 g
- Fenugreek seeds4 g
- Ground nut oil15 g
- Cumin seeds0.65 g
- Lemon juice10 g
Method
- 1Wash the little millet and soak it in water for 20 minutes. Drain the excess water and cook like how rice is done.
- 2In a large pan, heat oil and as mustard seeds, add black gram, bengal gram.
- 3When they splutter add, ginger, salt, curry leaves, asafoetida, and turmeric powder.
- 4Mix the little millet rice with this seasoning.
- 5Remove from fire and add lemon juice. Mix well.
- 6Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
