Mint & Coriander Yoghurt
Good for CKD, dialysis and diabetics. This recipe is a good source of good quality protein. Adding tamarind chutney and green chillies will increase potassium in this recipe.

Ingredients
- Cucumber green elongate, grated100 g · 1 no.
- Low fat curd250 g
- Mint leaves and coriander leaves20 g · 1/4 cup
- Pepper black0.8 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1With your hands squeeze excess moisture from the cucumber. Place the cucumber, yoghurt, mint and coriander in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
- 2Add salt and pepper powder.
