Mint Rasam
Good for diabetics and post transplant. A good source of protein, low in sodium. It is high in potassium so not suitable for dialysis and CKD. Consume fluid based recipes with in fluid allowance limits. Always take phosphorus binders with each meals or as prescribed by your Doctor.

Ingredients
- Onion big10 g · 1 tb spoon
- Rice bran oil1 g · 1/2 tsp
- Red gram dal15 g · 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves20 g · 1/4 cup
Method
- 1Pressure cook dal and onion, mash it adding little water, pinch of pepper powder, season with oil, lastly add finely chopped mint and salt bring in to boil. Serve hot with rice.
