Ingredients

  • Wheat flour60 g · 1/4 cup
  • Green gram dal20 g · 4 tsp
  • Gingely seeds5 g · 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder5 g · 1 tsp
  • Oil10 g · 2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Soak Moong dal for 3-4 hours. Make a fine paste of it. Add this paste to wheat flour (sieved) along with other ingredients and prepare soft dough.
  2. 2Make chapattis of this and keep it overnight. Next day roast it into khakras. This recipe makes 4 khakras.
