Ingredients
- Wheat flour60 g · 1/4 cup
- Green gram dal20 g · 4 tsp
- Gingely seeds5 g · 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder5 g · 1 tsp
- Oil10 g · 2 tsp
Method
- 1Soak Moong dal for 3-4 hours. Make a fine paste of it. Add this paste to wheat flour (sieved) along with other ingredients and prepare soft dough.
- 2Make chapattis of this and keep it overnight. Next day roast it into khakras. This recipe makes 4 khakras.
