Ingredients
- Paneer200 g · Size of a deck of cards
- Capsicum green75 g · 1/2 large capsicum
- Pineapple150 g · 16 one inch cubes
- Curd60 g · 1/4 cup
- Red chilies powder2 g · 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala5 g · 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
- Oil5 g · 1 tsp
Method
- 1Cut paneer, capsicum and pineapple into 1 inch cubes.
- 2Mix all the ingredients together except pineapple and marinate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- 3When it is ready to cook, pierce the paneer, bell pepper and pineapple on skewers.
- 4Place the skewers on the pan and grill on medium heat. Brush with oil as required.
- 5Once it is done remove from the heat and serve immediately.

- • Suitable for dialysis patients. High in protein.
- • Quick and easy to assemble, serves as great finger food.
- • Pineapple, paneer and bell peppers (capsicum) are low in potassium and moderate in phosphorus make a good combination
- • This makes a suitable recipe for a quick bite after dialysis
- • Post-transplant patients will have to sauté the vegetables well before roasting on the pan to ensure that the food is well cooked.
