Ingredients
- Paneer (cottage cheese) · 1/2 cup
- Boiled corn · 1/2 cup
- Capsicum, medium (green or red) · 1/2
- Onion medium · 1
- Iceberg lettuce leaf (medium) · 1
- Salt · 1/2 tsp
- Sugar · 1/2 tsp
- Water · 1 tbsp
- Vinegar · 1 tsp
Method
- 1Cut capsicum, onions into small pieces. Put all these into a mixing bowl. Tear lettuce and add. Add boiled corn.
- 2For the dressing boil water with sugar and make a syrup. Add salt and vinegar to it. Cut the paneer into small cubes and add. Add the dressing and toss the salad ensuring that all the vegetables are well coated with the dressing.
- 3Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
