Puffed Rice Chikki

Ingredients
- Jaggery · 1 cup
- Water · 1/4 cup
- Puffed Rice · 2 cups
- Ghee · 1 tsp
Method
- 1Take jaggery and water in a pan, melt it down.
- 2Bring it to a boil and cook till it thickens.
- 3It will take around 3 to 4 mins.
- 4At this point add in puffed rice and mix well.
- 5Stir well.
- 6Spoon it in a well greased plate.
- 7Let it set for few hours.
- 8Cut into bars.
- 9Serve.
