Good for dialysis and CKD persons. Suitable for dialysis patients as this contains high quality protein. If sugar can be replaced by artificial sweetener, even diabetic patients can consume this dish. Most of the sodium and potassium will be leached out in whey while making paneer.

Ingredients
- Paneer35 g · 1/4 cup
- Milk whole Cow150 g · 3/4 cup
- Refined sugar (sucrose) granulated20 g · 4 tsp
Method
- 1Mash 25 gm of paneer and make balls. Place them in a serving bowl.
- 2Boil milk till it becomes a little thick. Add the sugar. Stir well.
- 3Now grate balance paneer and add to the thick milk.
- 4Pour the milk on the paneer balls. Leave it for sometime before serving.
- 5Refrigeration (optional)
