Ingredients
- Onion, large chopped roughly · 2
- Dry Red Chilli · 2
- Garlic · 4 cloves
- Tamarind Paste · 2 tsp
- Salt · as needed
- Oil (for seasoning) · 2 tbspn
- Mustard Seeds · 1 tsp
- Curry leaves · 1 sprig
Method
- 1Grind all the ingredients given for the chutney in a blender to a fine paste and transfer it into a bowl.
- 2Now make seasoning by heating oil crackle mustard seeds.
- 3Pour this seasoning over the chutney and mix well.
- 4Serve with idli or dosas.
