Ingredients

  • Onion, large chopped roughly · 2
  • Dry Red Chilli · 2
  • Garlic · 4 cloves
  • Tamarind Paste · 2 tsp
  • Salt · as needed
  • Oil (for seasoning) · 2 tbspn
  • Mustard Seeds · 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves · 1 sprig

Method

  1. 1Grind all the ingredients given for the chutney in a blender to a fine paste and transfer it into a bowl.
  2. 2Now make seasoning by heating oil crackle mustard seeds.
  3. 3Pour this seasoning over the chutney and mix well.
  4. 4Serve with idli or dosas.
