Stir Fry Broccoli with Fish

Ingredients

  • Bhetki Fish Fillet200 g · 4 pieces
  • Onion wedges100 g · 2 small
  • Ginger paste15 g · 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste5 g · 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder (Coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice10 g · 2 tsp
  • Lemon rind5 g · 1 tsp
  • Broccoli100 g · 8-9 medium florets
  • Oil10 g · 2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Marinate the fish fillet with ginger, lemon juice and rind. Keep aside for 4-5 hrs.
  2. 2Heat oil in the pan. Add broccoli florets and sauté. Drain the oil and keep aside.
  3. 3Lightly sauté the garlic paste and onion wedges.
  4. 4Add the marinated fish and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook till fish is cooked. Sprinkle water if required.
  5. 5Add the sautéed broccoli and pepper powder. Mix well.
  6. 6Serve hot with rice or chapati
