Stir Fry Broccoli with Fish

Ingredients
- Bhetki Fish Fillet200 g · 4 pieces
- Onion wedges100 g · 2 small
- Ginger paste15 g · 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste5 g · 1 tsp
- Pepper powder (Coarsely ground)5 g · 1 tsp
- Lemon juice10 g · 2 tsp
- Lemon rind5 g · 1 tsp
- Broccoli100 g · 8-9 medium florets
- Oil10 g · 2 tsp
Method
- 1Marinate the fish fillet with ginger, lemon juice and rind. Keep aside for 4-5 hrs.
- 2Heat oil in the pan. Add broccoli florets and sauté. Drain the oil and keep aside.
- 3Lightly sauté the garlic paste and onion wedges.
- 4Add the marinated fish and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook till fish is cooked. Sprinkle water if required.
- 5Add the sautéed broccoli and pepper powder. Mix well.
- 6Serve hot with rice or chapati
