Stuffed Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Button mushroom fresh200 g · 12 to 14 pieces
  • Hung curd200 g · 1 cup
  • Garlic paste30 g · 2 tbsp
  • Pepper black5 g · 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies10 g · 2
  • Onion50 g · 1/2 big onion
  • Oil5 g · 1 tsp

Method

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems.
  3. 3Brush the mushrooms on both sides with olive oil.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients together. Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Arrange the mushroom caps on prepared cookie sheet.
  5. 5Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form under caps.
  6. 6Allow it to cool for 5 minutes or so before serving.
