Stuffed Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Button mushroom fresh200 g · 12 to 14 pieces
- Hung curd200 g · 1 cup
- Garlic paste30 g · 2 tbsp
- Pepper black5 g · 1 tsp
- Green Chillies10 g · 2
- Onion50 g · 1/2 big onion
- Oil5 g · 1 tsp
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Carefully break off stems.
- 3Brush the mushrooms on both sides with olive oil.
- 4Mix all the ingredients together. Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing. Arrange the mushroom caps on prepared cookie sheet.
- 5Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the mushrooms are piping hot and liquid starts to form under caps.
- 6Allow it to cool for 5 minutes or so before serving.
