Ingredients

  • Rice flour60 g · 60 g
  • Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)30 g · 1 small bunch
  • Onion (finely chopped)50 g · 1 medium
  • Carrot (finely chopped)5 g · 1 tsp
  • Oil5 g · as required

Method

  1. 1Add carrot, fenugreek leaves, onion to the rice flour and make a dough using lukewarm water.
  2. 2Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Make the same into the size of a roti and shallow fry in a pan.
  3. 3For better taste add salt and chillies. Serve with curd and pudina chutney.
