Ingredients
- Rice flour60 g · 60 g
- Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)30 g · 1 small bunch
- Onion (finely chopped)50 g · 1 medium
- Carrot (finely chopped)5 g · 1 tsp
- Oil5 g · as required
Method
- 1Add carrot, fenugreek leaves, onion to the rice flour and make a dough using lukewarm water.
- 2Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Make the same into the size of a roti and shallow fry in a pan.
- 3For better taste add salt and chillies. Serve with curd and pudina chutney.
