Tomato & Onion Sambal
Good for CKD and dialysis, diabetics in suggested portions. A side dish low in sodium, enhances the taste of other dishes, which are cooked using less salt. For post transplant cooking the tomato-onion is recommended.

Ingredients
- Onion (medium)65 g · 1 no
- Red Chilli powder0.4 g · 1/4 tsp
- Mustard oil5 g
- Tomato ripe hybrid (medium)75 g
- Coriander leaves5 g · 1 tab spoon
Method
- 1In a bowl mix the onion, tomato & coriander together.
- 2Heat a frying pan, add oil. When hot, add red chilli powder and salt.
- 3Remove from fire and mix in the onion tomato mixture
