Ingredients
- Cho cho marrow30 g · 3/4 CUP
- Carrot orange10 g · A handful
- French beans hybrid15 g · A handful
- Onion big10 g · 1/4 of big onion
- Lentil dal (masoor dal)10 g · 1 tbsp
- Groundnut oil5 g · 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds/jeera2 g · 1/2 tsp
- Gingelly seeds white2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and jeera. Fry onion till it gets light brown.
- 2Add vegetables, salt and turmeric powder and cook.
- 3Add the lentil dal and cook till all blends well.
- 4Serve with hot rice or chapati

- • Cho cho marrow has been used instead of knolkhol to bring down the potassium values.
- • Always look for ways to keep your potassium under check. Small changes may keep your potassium in limits.
- • Eating such sabzis in every day meals is good, so on some days you can eat high potassium food.
