Wheat Pancakes
Good for CKD non-diabetic. Dialysis may eat sometimes. For dialysis persons – the low protein values makes it unattractive, but gives them a choice

Ingredients
- Wheat flour · 1 cup
- Rice flour · 2 tbsp
- Jaggery · 1/2 cup +1 tablespoon
- Cardamom powder · 1/4 tsp
- Oil for making pancakes
- Non-stick pan
Method
- 1In a pan add jaggery with 1/4 cup water and bring it to a boil.
- 2Filter the impurities and put the jaggery back in the pan. In a bowl mix wheat flour, rice flour and cardamom powder.
- 3Add the jaggery syrup at near room temperature to the flour mixture.
- 4Mix well; add water to get the right consistency. Add ghee to this and mix well.
- 5The batter consistency should be thick enough with a consistency like a dosa batter.
- 6Make 2'' diameter pancakes.
