Ingredients
- Wheat flour atta100 g · 1/2 cup
- Hung curd50 g · 1/4 cup
- Capsicum green50 g · 1/4 big capsicum
- Carrot50 g · 1 big carrot
- Green cabbage (finely shredded)50 g · 1/4 cup
- Onion100 g · 1 big
- Tomato ripe hybrid (optional)100 g · 1 big
- Green chillies5 g · 1
- Garlic paste2.5 g · 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder2 g · 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder3 g · 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice10 g · 2 tsp
- Olive oil30 g · 6 tsp
- Mustard powder (optional)2 g · 1/4 tsp
Method
- 1Mix the whole-wheat flour to form dough.
- 2Mix the other ingredients well to make the spread. Spread the mix evenly over the roti.
- 3Place a cabbage leaf (or shredded cabbage as per choice) and the shredded vegetables on one side of the roti. Roll it and stick up the edge.
