Apple Cinnamon Pancake

Ingredients

  • Low fat milk · 1 cup
  • Plain flour · 1 1/2 cup
  • Apple, 1/2'' cubed · 1 medium (140g)
  • Egg · 1 medium
  • Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
  • Sugar · 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon · 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder · 1/2 tbsp

Method

  1. 1Dry mixture: Mix flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
  2. 2Wet mixture: Mix egg, milk, sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
  3. 3Combine and stir in the wet mixture into the bowl of dry mixture until a smooth texture is reached. Then, add in the apple cubes.
  4. 4Coat a nonstick skillet with oil over medium heat. Using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cook until the edges are dry and bubbles begin to appear. Flip over and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
