Apple Cinnamon Pancake

Ingredients
- Low fat milk · 1 cup
- Plain flour · 1 1/2 cup
- Apple, 1/2'' cubed · 1 medium (140g)
- Egg · 1 medium
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Sugar · 2 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon · 2 tbsp
- Baking powder · 1/2 tbsp
Method
- 1Dry mixture: Mix flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
- 2Wet mixture: Mix egg, milk, sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
- 3Combine and stir in the wet mixture into the bowl of dry mixture until a smooth texture is reached. Then, add in the apple cubes.
- 4Coat a nonstick skillet with oil over medium heat. Using 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, cook until the edges are dry and bubbles begin to appear. Flip over and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
