Ingredients
- Low fat milk · 1 cup
- Cake flour · 1 1/4 cup
- Sugar · 1/4 cup
- Egg · 1 medium
- Olive oil · 1 tbsp
- Black sesame · 1 tbsp
- Baking powder · 1/2 tsp
- Salt · 1/4 tsp
Method
- 1Preheat the steamer.
- 2Stir-fry the sesame in a wok over medium heat until fragrant, and set aside.
- 3Mix flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- 4Whisk egg, sugar and salt in a large bowl until slightly foamy, then stir in milk and olive oil until well combined. Next, fold in the flour mixture and sesame.
- 5Fill 2/3 of the muffin cup with batter and steam for 15-20 minutes.
