Ingredients

  • Burger bun, cut into half · 4 buns
  • Chicken breast, minced · 90g
  • Tomato, sliced in 4 · 1 medium (90g)
  • Egg white · 1 medium
  • Red onion, diced · 1 small (40g)
  • Bread crumbs · 1/4 cup
  • Lettuce · 4 leaves
  • Low sodium oyster sauce · 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil · 1 tsp

Method

  1. 1Patty mixture: Mix minced chicken, egg white, onion, bread crumbs and low sodium oyster sauce in a large bowl.
  2. 2Shape the patty mixture into small palm-sized pieces.
  3. 3Heat oil in a pan and pan fry the patties over medium heat, turning occasionally on each side. Cook until the patties are golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4Toast the bun in a toaster. Sandwich the lettuce, tomato and a chicken patty in-between.
