Ingredients
- Dory fish · 170g
- Red onion, sliced · 1 medium (80g)
- Green chilli, chopped · 3 medium (50g)
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds · 1/2 tsp
- Salt · 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder · 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves · 9 leaves
Method
- 1Pre-heat the steamer.
- 2Steam the fish until it is cooked and shred it into small pieces.
- 3Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry onion, green chillies and mustard seeds until the mustard seeds begin to pop.
- 4Add curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt and stir-fry constantly until fragrant.
- 5Mix in the shredded fish and leave it to cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
