Ingredients
- White bread · 8 slices
- Low fat milk · 1/2 cup
- Egg white · 2 medium
- Egg · 1 medium
- Vanilla extract · 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon · 2 tsp
Method
- 1Whisk the egg, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Then, pour the mixture into a shallow bowl that is wide enough to place a slice of bread.
- 2Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture evenly.
- 3Pan-fry the bread slices over medium heat until browned on both sides.
