Ingredients

  • White bread · 8 slices
  • Low fat milk · 1/2 cup
  • Egg white · 2 medium
  • Egg · 1 medium
  • Vanilla extract · 1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon · 2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Whisk the egg, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Then, pour the mixture into a shallow bowl that is wide enough to place a slice of bread.
  2. 2Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture evenly.
  3. 3Pan-fry the bread slices over medium heat until browned on both sides.
