Ingredients
- Macaroni pasta, uncooked · 1 cup
- Tomato, diced · 2 medium (180g)
- Chicken breast 1'' cubed · 135g
- Green capsicum, diced · 1 medium (110g)
- Button mushroom, sliced · 5 medium
- Chilli paste · 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Salt · 1/4 tsp
Method
- 1Fill half of the pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the pasta with a pinch of salt. Cook the pasta for 5 minutes, with occasional stirring, or until the pasta is 90% cooked. Drain off the water and transfer to a bowl.
- 2Add oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry capsicum and mushroom for 30 seconds. Then, add chilli paste along with the boiled pasta and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Season it with salt.
