Ingredients

  • White rice, cooked · 1 1/2 cup
  • Chicken breast, chopped · 225g
  • Frozen peas · 1/2 cup
  • Red onion, chopped · 1 medium (80g)
  • Carrot, diced · 1/2 medium (45g)
  • Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
  • Chilli padi, chopped · 2 chillies
  • Salt · 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. 1Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry onion till fragrant. Add peas, chilli padi, carrots and chicken breast and stir-fry for 8 minutes, or until carrots are soft and chicken turns golden brown.
  2. 2Add rice and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes, or until the rice is heated up thoroughly. Mix well.
