Ingredients
- White rice, cooked · 1 1/2 cup
- Chicken breast, chopped · 225g
- Frozen peas · 1/2 cup
- Red onion, chopped · 1 medium (80g)
- Carrot, diced · 1/2 medium (45g)
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Chilli padi, chopped · 2 chillies
- Salt · 1/2 tsp
Method
- 1Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry onion till fragrant. Add peas, chilli padi, carrots and chicken breast and stir-fry for 8 minutes, or until carrots are soft and chicken turns golden brown.
- 2Add rice and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes, or until the rice is heated up thoroughly. Mix well.
