Ingredients
- Dory fish, 3'' sliced · 170g
- Tomato, sliced · 1 small (77g)
- Red onion, chopped · 1 medium (90g)
- Assam paste · 2/3 cup
- Okra, chopped · 4 medium (48g)
- Ginger, minced · 4 tsp
- Turmeric powder · 1 tbsp
- Chilli padi, sliced · 4 chillies (10g)
Method
- 1Add onion, ginger and 2 cups of water in a medium pot. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- 2Add turmeric powder, assam paste, chilli padi and salt into the pot and mix well. Then, add okra, tomatoes and fish.
- 3Cover with a lid and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes or until everything is well cooked.
