Ingredients

  • Chicken breast, minced · 100g
  • Egg, beaten · 2 medium
  • Egg white, beaten · 2 medium
  • Sesame oil · 1 tsp
  • Low sodium soy sauce · 1 tsp
  • White pepper · 1 tsp
  • Salt · 1 pinch

Method

  1. 1Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper and soy sauce in a bowl for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Preheat the steamer.
  3. 3Mix in eggs and 1/2 cup of water with marinated chicken. Transfer to a serving bowl suitable for steaming.
  4. 4Steam for 15 minutes, or until the egg is set, and drizzle sesame oil on the top.
