Ingredients
- Chicken breast, minced · 100g
- Egg, beaten · 2 medium
- Egg white, beaten · 2 medium
- Sesame oil · 1 tsp
- Low sodium soy sauce · 1 tsp
- White pepper · 1 tsp
- Salt · 1 pinch
Method
- 1Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper and soy sauce in a bowl for 10 minutes.
- 2Preheat the steamer.
- 3Mix in eggs and 1/2 cup of water with marinated chicken. Transfer to a serving bowl suitable for steaming.
- 4Steam for 15 minutes, or until the egg is set, and drizzle sesame oil on the top.
