Stir-fried Chicken with Black Fungus

Ingredients
- Chicken breast, 1.5'' cubed · 180g
- Black fungus, chopped · 3 medium (15g)
- Red chilli, finely sliced · 1 chilli (10g)
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce · 1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced · 1 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce · 1 tsp
- Corn starch · 1/2 tbsp
Method
- 1Marinate chicken with oyster sauce and cornstarch in a bowl, for 15 minutes.
- 2Soak the black fungus with hot water for 15 minutes.
- 3Heat oil in a wok over medium heat and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
- 4Add in chicken, black fungus and red chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until the chicken is cooked.
- 5Season it with dark soy sauce.
