Stir-fried Mee Tai Mak

Ingredients
- Mee Tai Mak · 2 cups
- Bean sprouts · 2 cups
- Dory fish, 1'' cubed · 100g
- Egg · 1 medium
- Vegetable oil · 1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced · 1 tbsp
- Low sodium soy sauce · 1/2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce · 1/2 tbsp
- White pepper · 1 pinch
Method
- 1Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Add egg, breaking it lightly, and cook for 1 minute. Push it to the side of the wok and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
- 2Add dory fish and season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce and white pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, or until fish is cooked. Then, add the noodles and cook for 1 minute. Mix well.
- 3Lastly, add in the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the bean sprouts are cooked.
