Ingredients
- Tomato paste · 4 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, grated · 1/4 cup
- Tortilla wrap · 4 pcs
- Green capsicum, sliced · 1/4 medium (48g)
- White onion, sliced · 1/4 medium (45g)
- Tomato, chopped · 1 medium (40g)
- Olive oil · 4 tsp
- Fresh basil, chopped · 4 tsp
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2Place the tortillas on a large baking tray. Spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste on each tortilla.
- 3Top them with equal amounts of tomatoes, green capsicum, onion, mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
- 4Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges of the tortillas turn golden brown.
